Excellent Stay
It was the third time we stayed at the hotel for a long time. It was like home away from home. We were highly pleased with the hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, amenities, room space and especially cordial staff.

Good Stay
Property is at the heart of Siliguri, food is good and the staffs are very good and helpful..Wifi is not working in some of the rooms..

lack of good amenities
water supply in washroom was not good at all. The staff denied to provide extra plate as we ordered food from outside.

I do not recommend this hotel to stay with family
average staying. location - worst experience ever, smell all around because of surrounding meat shops and drainages. food - worse, they do not have a kitchen, taking food from outside restuarants. amenities - good services - service boys are good and polite but receptionists are not up to the mark.

Wastage of money
Room services are poor, for bathing & others used the water is ran out. Also, drinking water, bathing towels are not there

Poor Stay
This hotel does not have any restaurant facility. Then bring food from outside . Bathroom was stinky. Electric kettle was there . Too far away from NJP station

The room size was larger but there are so many insect like cockroaches in the room...😮💨 The bathroom was not good because the water pipe was broken and water was constantly leaking.😑 Even room service couldn't fix it.😑😑 My experience in mount embassy is not good any more. But one thing I liked about the hotel there's staff was very polite and very friendly ☺️ that's it.

Poor Stay
The hotel gave me a room with a poisonous insect; I called them, but they responded after 10 minutes. They shifted me twice—once to an already booked room, then to a damp, low-budget one with a broken phone, missing TV remote, and a faulty main gate lock.
