I would love to give excellent, many aspects need attention however the hospitality of the staff is awesome.

All the this was good but the thing is at they were asking extra money for the replacement of the bed sheet.

It's location is best to travel and service is also good 😊

It’s a worst property. Super rude manager . No clannishness. The AC doesn’t work. Full with mosquito. Never ever book again

The glasses were not clean. Rooms were not clean. The staff were polite though and the service was prompt.

The location was good but the room seems a little old. The food and staff were good too.

Room space was too less and there is a suffocation kind of feeling. Water speed in the washroom was too slow. Also their bed sheets weren't clean.

The staff were very much helpful and very much contactable when needed, rooms were clean as well. I m done

Overall experience was average. Washroom can be cleaned in much better way than it was. Cleanliness was average.

Standard room are very congested, fan noisy & ac take more time to cool, wash room dirty & house keeping staffs are looks like criminals

At night was unable to find the room switches. Then had to tell receptionist to switch on the geyser which happens from reception. Service staff is good. But room was too small. Good location

Hotel is situated at the hard of the city. Near by hong kong market. Food also very good.

The rooms are dirty and not upto the mark. The behaviour of the staff was very rude. Donot stay here with your family.

Bathrooms not cleaned properly. There is no bucket in the bathroom. Room servicing is too bad.
