Poor Maintainance
Property is good, rooms are well decorated but huge Maintainance issue, we have booked 2 rooms, at first in one of the room-water was not coming, then they changed the room- in that room AC was malfunctioning, then they again changed our room - a big size rat disturbed us entire night. It seems this rat is staying in that room and we disturbed him. This entire episode of room change and rat incident was not very pleasant.

Poor
Poor service, no maintenance. Door lock damage, water splashing from AC, Geyser not working. Very limited breakfast option. Pool not clean.

Good Stay

Below average rooms
Rooms are not spacious and a foul smell was there in the wash room. One cannot stay more than five minutes inside it.Floor tiles were also not clean and tidy.

Average Stay
The hotel's environment is very good but room privacy is the main problem. Just some curtains, if the curtains move by the wind outside people can see the whole room .

Excellent Stay
This hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!

Not coming back for sure
I will start with the plus points of the stay,the wooden cottages were very cosy and the furniture was dark wood with brass designs on it, absolutely beautiful and even the greenery outside with birds chirping through out the day was like it transported us to another world. And now for the minus points, The property looked clean on the surface but the bathroom had a constant stink and we even had a dead cockroach under our sink.Infact there was a cockroach running around the lobby area. When we entered our cottage it had ciggerate smoke smell,to which he said that keep the windows open ,it will go away,it. reduced but didn't go for two days of our stay. And now for the worst part of our stay was the food,oh God we went hungry for two days,the cooks,I cannot even think of calling them chefs,didn't even know how to make a simple omlette or a simple masala papad. If I could give negative marks for their food,i would, horrible food,we only had fruits for our complimentary breakfast, horrible puri subzi and paratha subzi on the second day.When l kept complaining about the food one of the servers told me that madam we keep giving them the feedback always that people are complaining but the management is not bothered.I think it is because people come here for a one night stay after their trip to sikkim and Darjeeling and then leave the next morning,so all is forgotten. I would not recommend staying here especially for the food which is priced very highly and cannot be eaten.

Poor Stay
Hotel staff is lazy and inexperienced. Our room AC had cockroaches coming out of it. Bathroom had spiders. When I told them that, they said there's no housekeeping person (this was at 9pm). The receptionist came to the room with a Hit Spray. They moved us to another room and the AC was noisy there too. Food is terrible, old and hard chicken pieces tossed in a gravy. The resort looks pretty but the experience was horrible, wouldn't recommend it to anyone

It was a lovely experience staying at treebo. But, there was no exhaust inside the washroom. Which led to excessive humidity inside it. This should be improved.
