It was a great experience. Staff was quite cool. Location is superb as there’s proper connectivity for Every side.

everytime i book from mmt and i get the same room mountain facing first floor...that room is good...but this time i booked the same room and got room other than that i.e. 106

They don't have basic facilities. Bedsheet, blanket, pillow, wardrobe all are very dirty. Geysers are not in working condition. Very uncomfortable to stay.

Overall room was decent, but some of the things can be improved , like dirty bed sheets should be cleaned beforehand

Property was very dirty, room were not clean and even ACs were not working. Food was also terrible.

Far from connectivity and town and don't have enough options in food average

bedsheet and blanket were burnt by cigarette . washroom is not clean properly. Toileteries include small soap , shampoo and oil there is no any comb . towel is dirty and something is stick on that .

The behaviour of the managerial staff was rude. Breakfast provided was cheap in terms of cost charged at the time of booking. Basic inventory items like tea tables were not available at rooms provided to me. Dinner provided by the lodge management on cash payment was also not up to the mark at par with the cost charged.

Very nice hotel with nice staff behaviour. The rooms are clean. The food is good. The service is excellent. Manager behaviour is also very good.

Not bad. But so far from new jalpaiguri railway station. If u want to go to darjeeling or other side then u should go.

Location was nice, silent locality as well as area with good transport connection. The hotel rooms were pretty clean but there was lot of 'paan spit' marking on the wall which was disgusting. They doesn't provide basic amenities like cup, glass or a plate in the room. Soap and shampoo provided by them was of worst quality (clinic plus shampoo 1pc, and a small toilet soap. Overall if the room costs around1000 to 1200 per day, it'll be a satisfactory stay. But 2500inr is too costly and it doesn't provide amenities according to its cost.

Room was clean but the washroom area was very busy. The towel was torn. Complementary breakfast was not good.

Very comfortable peaceful neat and clean good behaviour of staff food quality is good good service easy to find the hotel location staffs are very co operative

best hotel at this price manager well behaved as well staff good location at hill cart road recomend hotel for you all go for it👌

Very poor service, staffs were drunk, poor network, chef was on leave so kitchen was closed, not even we get tea in the morning.

No light no water, wrong location & high rate for stay etc

Non ac rooms, bath kit not provided. Under construction hotel. All staff are drunk. They claim extra money for ac room without bill

The bathroom door was broken. Wifi is not good

there is no power back up no ac room where as many hotels have ac room with in 1500. room service is very poor. managers behaviour is not good. just not looking as hotel it looks as home
