Room and cleanliness was average. Lift facility was missing causing difficult for going upstairs and even coming to Food It was so very spicyservicing and billing of food is poor..to say

very bad, dirty, misbehaved by staff for drinking water, don't book this hotel

The hotel's behavior is very bad. They don't know how to treat people well at all. No one should go to this hotel.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The Non-deluxe AC room I booked was in poor condition and had a bad odor. There was also no elevator, making it difficult to access the rooms. While the location was good, the overall quality of the accommodations was lacking.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had quite a mixed experience. While the location was convenient and easy to access, and the overall facilities were quite good, my stay was unfortunately affected by a few hygiene issues. The biggest downside was the presence of cockroaches and spiders in Room 101, which was disappointing and made me feel quite uncomfortable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this definitely needs to be addressed by the management. On the positive side, the food was surprisingly good – fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. The hotel staff were also very courteous and helpful throughout the stay, always willing to assist with a smile, which made a big difference. If the cleanliness of the rooms is improved, this hotel has the potential to offer a really good experience overall. For now, I’d say it’s an average stay with room for improvement.

The first room given was conjusted, wall waa smelling. Location is good. The second day room was quiet vantilated, but water was not there and it waa yellow color when it came.

The hotel lacks general hospitality. Poor quality hygiene, wost water condition. My Son didn't use basic needs of washroom. overall poor.

Provide small room without television.....provided room not matched with room shown at time of booking.......When i complained then no any response taken....

the room service is not good.basic amenities like phone to call reception is not there.Water is iron water.The room was dirty.Zero power light was not working.also it is very far from NJP station.Overall my experience is very bad even for one night also

Food was really not good as per the rate of food and the food was half cooked always. Location was at the main market but maintenance was very poor. Toiletries were in broken condition. Overall felt cheated by hotel.
