Bathroom Very Good but Bed full of Bed Bugs... This will affect you during the night sleep when you will be compelled to get up due to severe itching on skin...

No electric kettle in my room. Though i booked through make my trip and i was travel-ling alone i was provided two separate single bed. Late night people from other room ( room no 214 ) was trying to get in my room - informed lobby manager next day morning. One day people were yelling and abusing each other till late night in that first floor lobby. Simply horrible. I will never book sevoke valley any more.

Worst experience. Dirty blanket without even cover. Ac and tv not working properly. Waste of money. As per the amenities price is high.

The rooms were neat and clean. Also this hotel is situated in a very prime location. The staff were very well behaved and the service was good.

Room booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. But there was no space to accommodate one extra bed. Staff was not ready to provide the extra blanket and behaviour was also not satisfactory. Very high cost as per the facility provided.

Good hotel for short stay, room was small, stuffy, smelly. Service was good, food quality was nice.

Room is not updated as per price which we are providing and food quality breakfast is also avg level

I am very satisfied on stay in this hotel. It is situated in the very prime location. Bidhin market, hillcart road & s evoke road in walking distance. Hotels food quality is very good and all the service staff is well behaved. We are very pleased and next time we must visit.

Location is nice, market, bus stand & transportation system is best from location. Rooms are clean well maintained.

It was nice stay. Toilet needs improvements. The toilet seat cover does not stay up even as we sit down for toilets. It is uncomfortable and dirty as well as it touches the shirt

Rooms are very small. Not worth booking for family stay.

We booked a 4 star property but we were booked in a no star property. Sekove valley hotel in siliguri is not a star rated property.

Location is good, staff well behaved. Hygienic and clean room.

We stayed only for a night. Two of the rooms were really smelly. Since we reached at night we could not take it up with the management but the management should look into this. They are charging a premium for the rooms. The staff behavior was appreciable.

We stayed at Hotel Sevoke Residency which is at a very convenient location at Siliguri. The main market Bidhan market and famous Hong Kong markets are at walking distance. Variety of foods are available nearby. Taxi, auto are available for 24 hours. Food taste and quantity is very good. Staffs are cordial and efficient.

I booked a super deluxe room but the room which I got was worst and it was a bad experience in my life. When I asked the hotel manager is this a super deluxe they said yes, it was very bad. I would not suggest anyone to go there and stay. Room size was 150 sq. ft. and they called it super deluxe.

Hotel is worth to stay and worth value of money.
