When I stay that home. According to my experience, I like that home because a first thing very very good character and helpfull nature of the owner and his all the family members . secondly homely atmosphere, need and clean room. Very very good room services, in a staying room every facilities available kitchen service And items.so when I stay that home I never fill I am staying in hotel. I all time fill I am staying In own house. I personally wish his every success.people come and in this home. Really fill home atmosphere.

Clean large room better than any hotel at this price point with all amenities. Host mr pranab is very helpful. Localities very good with a nice cafe nest downstairs. Overall lovely experience. Like to visit again.

Room was very clean and hygiene maintained. Host mr pranab was very friendly and helpful arranged taxi in early morning, have all households amenities microwave, fridge, geyser and air-conditioning. Like to come here again better than any other hotels at this price point. And they have a coffee lounge at ground floor. Nest coffee lounge. Which serve excellent tasty dishes. Overall a excellent stay.

I did not have a choice for a negative rating, otherwise, that would have been more appropriate. The service does not exist in the so-called service apartment. I had to virtually plead to the owner for room cleaning, during my busy business travel, did not get a bit of peace after long hours of work. Coming back to the place, late evening after long tiring work was horror because surely the welcome committee were swarms of cockroaches merry-making nicely in the room. Hardly anybody was available to assist, and was told over the phone to get all the cleaning work was the guest's responsibility! air conditioning was poor, faulty, and was charged extra. What else, the attitude of the staff, a sole person responsible for other works, was cool and exploitative. The least I expected from a surprisingly up-rated place, which in one word is filthy!

I visited 12Homestay apartments hosted by Pranab Bhowmick. Without doubt one of the favorite homestays I stayed during my time in Siliguri. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host. The family was extremely friendly. We had a great evening here, with restaurant-quality food and special Darjeeling tea from the family-owned cafeteria (downstairs) which obviously added up to the experience. I truly enjoyed walking through the town and also took a rickshaw to explore the nearby markets and Kanchenjunga stadium. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The warm gesture by the end of the day was amazing. Pranab is an amazing person and very down to earth person and will take care of your each and every need. The Service, ambiance, food and hospitality can't be found in 5-star hotel. Note, this is homestay (and not a 4/5-star hotel) to the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for Pranab and his great team, who does a great job here a true sample of excellent hospitality! Thank you Pranab and family, looking forward for our next visit to Siliguri and 12Homestay apartments.

Clean and tidy Service Apartment equipped with all basic essentials. Host was very responsive to our requests. Highly recommend this place to people halting at Siliguri.

Very good location, nice accommodation, the owner have maintained their own cafe. Guest can also hangout with friends and family. Excellent place to stay with all appliances like refrigerator, AC, microwave, water heater 24 hours, free wi-fi. It's nearby government hospital and opposite of basu clinic. Owner of the property Mr.Pranab Banerjee are very honest and helpful the place was sparkling clean and peaceful. Also, traveling with family, friends and kids. We really enjoyed our stay there. I would wish to come again.
