I did not have a choice for a negative rating, otherwise, that would have been more appropriate. The service does not exist in the so-called service apartment. I had to virtually plead to the owner for room cleaning, during my busy business travel, did not get a bit of peace after long hours of work. Coming back to the place, late evening after long tiring work was horror because surely the welcome committee were swarms of cockroaches merry-making nicely in the room. Hardly anybody was available to assist, and was told over the phone to get all the cleaning work was the guest's responsibility! air conditioning was poor, faulty, and was charged extra. What else, the attitude of the staff, a sole person responsible for other works, was cool and exploitative. The least I expected from a surprisingly up-rated place, which in one word is filthy!

Dear ananda, we are sorry to hear your grievances. As mentioned during your stay we did confirm that all guests receive a cleansed room, and the rooms are cleaned by our staff post check out. This is the protocol followed in accordance with mm t platform and government guidelines. For daily cleaning we have provided our guests with necessary amenities. With ongoing covid crisis - this is to keep our guests and staff safe. The pest control incident was duly noted and was sorted asap. And yes, air conditioning charges are extra - you could have noticed it while reserving the place. We do believe that working together can reduce and ultimately support each other in winning this battle against the virus. Again, we are deeply regretful for your inconvenience. Hopefully we will serve better the next time. Stay safe!
