My schedule booking, which was cancelled by MMT and property owner,they didn't inform me, I was on the road with my family, I paid extra maximum money for night stay for few hours, possibly I will get My money back, but mentally and physically harrasment can't be forgotten,

We had a disappointing experience with bagdogra homestay. Upon arrival, we were shocked by the location, which was not as expected from the listing. The environment felt more like a rented residential area with locals staying beside the guest rooms, lacking the privacy and ambiance of a proper homestay. The room itself was average, but the service was unacceptable. The person in charge was rude and dismissive. When we requested help with our luggage, he didn’t listen or offer assistance. Due to the poor service and unwelcoming atmosphere, we decided to leave despite having paid. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay.

Within a budget it's very comfortable and clean accommodation and not far from bagdogra airport there is a market location restaurant shopping everything is in the building only so i like the place.

Offer a non ventilated room, after complaining gives us our booked room. No room service, full of mosquitoes no lequid, room size ok but small double bed. Drinking water facility poor, guieser not working. Worst experience

The caretaker was very bad. Didn't interacted at all. The food was so bad and the prices were too high according to the quality of food. We are not at all satisfied.

Rooms shown in the picture were totally different in real hotel was in 2 nd floor had great trouble with patient food were so expensive in rs 150 meal there's only little amount of rice dal n 1sabji big size ants were all around the room. Very disappointed with this kind of deals.
