Stay was comfortable, Food was very good. Staffs were very friendly. Location is perfect.

room hygiene was fine. room service is little bit longer.. Washroom Slipper is a old used one. TV channel not working properly. food taste nd quantity is good. morning tea quality can be improved nd can be served with biscuits. no newspaper in the room.

The apple Balaji inn hotel was perfect and clean. The staff was very good. It was pocket friendly and the location was perfect exactly near taxi stand. I would recommend the hotel any one , who wants to stay in apple balaji inn hotel

Hotel is good and each and every fecility is also good and there buffet meals also very fresh and delicious staffs also very polite and good in nature with customer.

Food is okay, service is okay but night manager is not okay with behavior

The stay was good. Clean room, decent staff behavior. And the staffs were very helpful and polite. And the best part was the location. Very close to siliguri railway station as well as bus stand. And their amazing room service. Food was very good. They even packed the food on the day of checkout.

It was a very pleasant stay here. Staffs are cooperative and behaved very well. Rooms are very neat and clean and decorated well. Location too is very good. For trip to darjiling or gangtok become easy as sharing taxi are available nearby.

Stay at hotel was quite comfortable, food was good and served properly with hygiene, they had maintained hygiene throughout the campus. Overall I am very much satisfied with my stay.
