very good , nice to stay with family and suitable for transit from hotel to any other place of Siliguri, Darjeeling

no staff available in our visit. overall the stay was good. Bathroom could have been more cleaner. Location wise it's good

It was ok but not as good as expected, Property location is great The room was big and spacious,but poor in terms of amenities, services, cleanliness and hygiene.

Although everything was fine, the bed and bed sheets were very bad, which was not suitable for sleeping on.

No wifi. Ac was not working. In phone before booking I told them I will check in at 9am on 21st August and check out at 4am on 22nd August. After I reach there they ask for 500rs extra. which I paid and also they didn't give any bill for that. TV wasn't working. terrible terrible terrible experience.

excellen room. Ac are working, Bathroom was cline. good condition. everything is good and outstanding but your housekeeping are very slow

The picture in the booking time is different from real room.room is too small. Bugs are on the bed in night.the bed is not comfortable.i asked the owner about room and bed he said we have only this room

so dirty rooms, bed , washroom. AC was not working for the whole night in my room and in my colleague's room AC was so chilled and when we asked for remote they are telling there is no remote we operate it directly so can't increase or decrease the temperature. The overall experience was just horrible. Don't go for it. We strongly recommend not going there.

Hospitality was worst . Bad odour from the toilet . Ac was not working properly. Waste of money . Tv was also not working properly🥲

Nothing as shown in picture, dirty rooms, I’m not even sure they know word hygiene. I encountered rate in room. Even cigarettes buds or pan masala stain are not cleaned. Dirtiest ever I saw. When asked to change room they first said no, then shifted me in smaller room.

Only the location is good. The bathroom door was not working, poorly maintained. Not a single bottle of water was provided. Old gross black was there nothing was up to the mark very different from the pictures uploaded.

Room did not meet the standards of the pictures shared. Wifi was not available, the area was not clean, looks like it was going through renovation. No complimentary water, water was chargeable. Amenities mentioned does not match with provided amenities.

A highly recommended hotel! Everything sparkled in cleanliness, was beautifully adorned, and was located right near everything. The breakfast especially was very tasty and filling.

good & comfortable stay with big space. situated in good location. staff behavior is well. tv, ac, wifi & elevator facilities all are available. overall it was a good stay for me.

Not clean. No value for money. Very bad food. Regretted booking this place but I had no other option as booked the hotel on MMT and paid the entire money as advance.
