Review Of Sunhill Portico

The stay was not good. We asked the hotel to prepone our breakfast to the day we checked-in but they denied We left the next day early morning and the packing the hotel provided was not up to the standard as per the charges. There were vacant rooms but no one bothered to allot with the same

All the boxes ticked but they didn’t inform before that their centralised AC won’t work that night. Had to arrange a fan at mid night.

It was really a nice experience. Excellent room, very good food. Very near to main market. Cabs , autos everything anybody can find it easily to commute.

service system is very poor - I called the reception team for drinking water around 5 to 6 times, but they were not provided till check out. This is unfortunate.

it was comfortable stay at sunhill portico. breakfast spread is nice. room size is good. we had lunch and dinner at hotel, which was really tasty and cheap. breakfast was complimentary. Will stay here again whenever I come to siliguri

I had a chance to book At sunhill portico , while on a business trip...blindly filtered highest rating and ended up here at sunhill....rooms are very near infact not less than any 5 star hotel...if i visit siliguri, I will definitely stay here for sure

The AC wasn’t working, and the TV only had free channels, so it felt a bit boring. Otherwise, the breakfast was quite good, and the staff were decent.
