Ac was not working mins not so chilled. Food is good, but rooms are compact. Location is so so.

Room is too small. Blanket cover is not clean. Poor breakfast. Don't book complementary breakfast. Room is to small. Overall experience is not satisfied.

the room was good , room service was also good i was disappointed at one thing and that is tea ,the yea was not good as i expected and there wasn't any toothbrush and towels in the room . but room was quite good 👍 value for money

Stay in hotel made me feeling so luxurious and comfortable. Room was so clean and hygienic and providing toiletries by the hotel was good enough. Complimentary breakfast was superb and tasty. I wish to stay in this hotel whenever i visit siliguri. Thanks.

Rooms are well furnished but the only issue is with the geyser that refuses to work properly.

On mm t the location is nare cosmos mall, which is wrong, it not all near cosmos mall.

Location wise excellent as you can commute easily and service and food was good.

The room is so small, description is wrong for bed size, helpers will not be there to help with luggage. The room service is also very slow

In theme room they dont provide bathtub but actually its in suit room only. This makes people in wrong place while booking.

All over service is good except food quality of dinner and lunch.

Staff are courteous and it's safe here. Food options are wide and tasty as well
