Review Of Hotel Vinayak

I have made a video also of the room i got. Fan so noisy that listening each other was so difficult, no dustbin in the room, telephone not working, tv working but no channels , no handles on the cupboard, room was so small that how to express such a disgust, and last terrifying thing no hot water in coming from taps keeping the geyser on since 7 am till 10 am. No eagerness from management to arrange our bath with hot water. We left without it.

It was a mixed experience. only staff behaviour was good. apart from the quality of room is mediocur. Bathroom basin waste pipe was over flowed and revert back the waste water. After 10 Pm they were not ready to provide any service even food & drinking water. if any food ordered , you have to pay immediately, not with room or check out time

my stay at hotel vinayak was good but last day the security guard ask money for early morning checkout. he demand me money for open the shutter.

It was a good stay, food was good, staffs are good and helping in nature. Budget friendly hotel.

my five member family became unwell after ordering the food from their restaurant, all of us are suffering from womiting.

The hotel was good , the location was best located near the hong market, transportation facilities and in room food facilities was the best thing about this property .

I travelled as a couple and stayed there. The property was at a very prime location. The rooms were clean and tidy. Washrooms were also clean. Staffs were very helpful and gentle. Overall stay was good.

I had a highly disappointing experience with hotel regarding my booking. I had booked a stay for two nights but had to check out after one night due to an emergency. Despite not utilizing the second night, I was denied a refund. simply passed the responsibility to the hotel, while the hotel refused to refund my money, citing their "policy." This is completely unfair – I paid for a service I did not use! A responsible travel platform should stand by its customers and assist in fair resolutions, but completely unhelpful. The hotel, too, showed zero flexibility or customer concern.

Accomodation good but brake-fast very poor quality. Next time i am not interested this hotel. Food service high price out of market.
