Review Of hotel north point

it was good I really like it very near from bidhan market and railway station

Hotel was good but staff were not so good behavior. My document were ask twice within 24 hrs. Room were not so clean. Even tv not working

Room service was pathetic no pillow cover no fresh bedsheet and blanket cover was provided..inside the room corners were full of spider nets it seems they don't maintain hygienity..after insisting they just provide me the pillow cover..very bad experience 😔

The room was very dirty and ambience was not. Size of the room was too small and the ventilation was also very poor. Tv was not at all functioning. Very bad experience.

Friendly, helpful staff. Somewhat old structure, needs renovation but it was comfortable stay.

It is one of the worst hotel i have ever seen. I have booked an ac room but they provide me non ac. The room was very dirty. Tv, geyser, ac were not working. There were no basic amenities not even a towel. The hotel stuff were very rude and rough. Not basic manners. I suggest everyone to avoid this hotel.

Lack of drinking water. Poor room service. Most of the plug points in the room were not working during our stay. We did not get the morning breakfast at time. Lack of cleanliness. The food is moderate.
