It’s not a hotel. A lodge. No road to in a car. Full of smell no hot water. It’s terrible stay

Staff is very helpful, service is good. But the location of the lodge is in narrow street so that the taxi cannot reach on the lodge gate. Overall the service and staff is very good.

We had a comfortable stay with the kids. Near to airport and staff are helpful. Only cons is taxi doesn't reach to front of hotel. But staff helped to offload the baggage. Value for money

A neat place located near bagdogra for a brief layover between interconnecting flights. Excellent staff catered all the requirements including providing a weighing scale to ensure that luggage loads met the prescribed limits!

What truly made my stay enjoyable was the cooperative nature of the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was polite and willing to assist with any queries or requests. They were efficient in their service and went above and beyond to ensure their guests' satisfaction. However, one factor that needs improvement is the hotel's location. The narrow roads leading to the hotel can be slightly inconvenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage or are arriving in a large vehicle. Additionally, finding the hotel can be a bit challenging for first-time visitors. Clearer signage or directions would be beneficial in this regard. Property location is good but norow road to reach there, not possible to entered car, you need to walk only. Problems comes when you comes with language and little kids. They don't have in house canteen / restaurant, you need to order by phone on different restaurant and they will delivered the food to your room. Break fast also not available.

The room was quote spacious. The room service of the hotel was excellent. The hotel is in close proximity to the bagdogra airport which helps a lot for people taking the flight in different destinations from the airport. There is a restaurant also which provides quality food both indian and chinese. What is interesting here is that they provide free tea in the morning.
