Review Of Orbit Hotel

The place is quite near to the Airport for which I chose Orbit. The staff are very pleasant, especially offering me tea at 5.30 am and Breakfast at 7 am. Pleasant place to stay.

Pretty average hotel. Food was okay. Tea was prepared exactly as per my customized requirements and I really appreciate that. Electric kettle was there but no tea / coffee/ milk / sugar sachets which are provided in most standard hotels as complementary. Pantry staff was courteous and cordial.

good hotel and very supporting stuff. Perfect location if someone has a flght from bagdogra airport. But hotel management need to focus on cleanliness of linens ( for example smell of cigarette, hair of previous guest) and bathroom. Those are pain areas considering the price of rooms and it cuts all the marks.

Location wise okay. Food and service is good 👍🏻. Bathroom fixtures are in very poor condition and very untidy. Needs proper maintenance and cleaning. Hot water supply is also not upto the mark. But staff's are very well behaved , helpful and attentive

Location of the hotel is great for people who are flying as the hotel is only few kilometres apart. Breakfast provided by the hotel was amazing especially the aloo paratha. But the hotel requires some maintenance and the cleanliness can be upgraded.

Polite and prompt staff. Good location from the Bagdogra airport. Very convenient. Spacious rooms and hygienic. Food was good.

Rooms were very comfortable. Food was great and staff were very courteous. Only thing was that tv connection was not up to the mark and also centralized a/c was not working properly.

We had picked hotel orbit for a one night stay since it is very close to bagdogra airport. While the location served our purpose, the lack of cleanliness and poor service left us dissatisfied. The towels were not clean, spotted a lizard in their reception area, and the rooms were not very clean either. We had booked our stay for five adults and one kid in two rooms. While they provided one extra bed, they asked me to adjust the kid and refused to provide the extra bed. It was only after i persistently stood my ground that they provided the extra mattress. The food was simple and tasted okay. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Bathrooms needed more cleanliness. Location is good. It's on the main road. You have to order dinner half an hour before. They serve it at a dining area. There was a stinking smell in the corridor. However the inside the rooms it was okay

We stayed for 1 night as we had a flight from bagdora, bad experience the place was not well maintained, dirty bathroom and the water looked like it was mixed with sewage water.

Good experience. Room was clean, breakfast was good. They need more staff, as the service was little slow

Location is good. Property is old. Entrance to the hotel was dirty, should have been cleaned. Staffs are helpful and nice. Room, overall good except bathroom (should be maintained properly) food is good.

This "hotel" is more of a cheap lodge than a hotel. The bathrooms are unclean, and the smell in the rooms and corridors is awful. It is very old. The lift would tell u a story. Not worth the money i paid.

The hotel was under renovation so nothing was in order and the place was smelling of paint. Rooms were not ready, lilen was not fresh, tea sugar sachet were not there in the rooms, bathrooms not cleaned properly. Entry to the hotel was shabby
