We had a disappointing experience at the lodge. Upon arrival, the staff was unresponsive and demanded extra payment for the room. They offered to provide AC for the entire night for an additional 500 per room. At checkout, they requested that we pay the full amount again, despite having already paid via MakeMyTrip app. The staff's behavior was also unsatisfactory.

Room was good for a solo traveller, a very low price for the hotel. They denied giving tea and breakfast as they are short staffed..book in this hotel if it’s absolutely urgent..good food shops are nearby so food wont be a problem…

M and when enquired why we were not given rooms in the same floor even though we booked two rooms, they had the audacity to say we should be grateful for atleast getting at accomodation because we checked in late ( 6 pm instead of 1 pm) and that he was going to cancel our booking.
