The buffet breakfast was excellent. The room and the bathroom were very neat and clean. The staff were very good and polite.

Unprofessional staff with no manner to talk with bad quality of food .whatever they served us dinner that are not cooked properly .

I didn't like the attitude of the girl at the reception. She needs training before handling guests. I would never ever prefer such hotel.

Very nice experience. Bathroom was so clean and hygienic. Room environment was very good, big , spacious.

At arrival they offered welcome drink. Check in process was smooth and quick. Rooms were spacious. But views from room was stuck with another building. Food were tasty but quantity was very less. Overall my stay was good at malisca

We stayed here for only one night. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and also in terms of communication is good. Menu prices are very high if anyone who comes to this property always take breakfast included in the package.

They are not accepting, not accepting card asking for only cash or up i. Mmt was to confirm this at the time of booking. So uncomfortable situation.

It's one of the best places to stay for couples. Everything will be nearby like cosmos, vega mall. Also, all good restaurants and clubs are nearby too. Along with that the hotel staff are really good and polite. And let me talk about the room it's awesome and perfect. Now coming to the restaurant which is on the ground floor their food is delicious as well.

Again I was Cheak in on Date 13.09.2023 afternoon 1.00pm Hotel Malisca's Receiptionist another room provide me and that was totally terrible, room was too small lots of noise at night 12.30 to 3.45pm in hotel outside I really can't sleeping and Washroom so smelly they are bathroom freshner hanging out but that was totally empty.. I just laughing inside the bathroom my money totally losted so everyone check den booking this property, horrible experience... Thank you

1st of all my experience in dis hotel its very poor, room size, room enverment horrible, when I am 1st check in day on 08.09.2023 Hotel receptionist provide me different room, that was not my room, I thought 1day night stay out next day I am checkout so its fine... thank u

It's a bit expensive but the hotel is a really good and good place to stay as a couple. All good restaurants and malls are nearby.

The hotel malisca is one of the best hotel in siliguri which provide comfortable stay while my buisness trip. I would like to suggest others to stay there while their family vaccination or buisness trip.
