🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with modern interiors that made me feel right at home. Excellent Hospitality and Service
The hotel provided a pleasant stay with good facilities. Special mention to Miss Raima Sarkar at the reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and helpful attitude, which made the experience even better.

Good Stay
Due to renovation work, some services were not in order, like the intercom etc etc..etc..for which we had to call up the reception from our cell, for every requirement..But after that, the service was prompt...Being centrally located, it has all sorts of easy communication facility...Food was, as always , very good. Cleanliness to be maintained
Very polite staff, very close to the market, and safe campus are the best things whereas cleanliness wasn’t as before! I hope they will work on this and also replace age old cups, and plates.

Better than ok kind of hote
The room is really nice. Spacious and well cleaned. The staff are decent and were helpful during my stay. The only issue i faced is that the ac stopped working from the 2nd day and i was staying there for 4 days. Though the weather was chill it did not bother me too much. And also the tv remote doesn't work properly. Overall a good place to stay for a day or two but not for extended period.

Clean
Clean and spacious room. Executive rooms are just okay but the deluxe rooms are spacious and clean. I didn’t have the food here so i don’t have any idea about it. The location is at the top as it falls exactly at the junction of every important streets. The staff is hospitable and no unnecessary disturbances.

Location is good, 6km from njp rely stn. Room was spacious. Food was ok. Salad was not fresh. Hospitality was ok. Staff was nice.

Good stay. Room was good. Staff behaviour is fantastic, veg menu was also fantastic. Overall stay was comfortable. Location is just opposite of bidhan market.
