it was nice experience at hotel,interms of hygiene and services. hotel staff behavior was also nice

Hotel is in proper place staff are friendly all over everything is good

The check in process was very complicated. And the receptionist was very very rude unhelpful

Service of this hotel is very good and also food served to the customer is delicious,. One suggestion for this hotel room should be little bigger as rate has been charged.

Switches of light are broken toilet seat is not cleaned tv not working properly refrigerator switch is not appropriate hence failed to use it

It was not a family type hotel. The ambience was not up to the mark. The hospitality is also not so good. Room was not so cozy. At this price we expect a quite better option.

Hotel is good for short stay, but was not cleaned properly

Hotel is good for bachelors strictly no for couples, family. Very poorly managed property. Very small room not clean bedsheets n washroom is also dirty. Geyser was not working. As per site cosmos mall id just 500 mtrs away but in actual it's 5 kms away. Quite inside from main road very isolated place

Hotel is clean and good. Food is ok and location is peaceful and safe near to Tenzin bus terminal and local taxi stand.

The Hotel rooms are completely different than shown in the pictures on the website. The quality of linens used are below average. The room size is very small compared to the pictures and the location is very unapproachable. So basically not a value for money spent. We asked for the complimentary water bottle which as per the staff is not a policy of the Hotel, so we had to pay for it.
