location is good. rooms are decent. price is reasonable from mmt. the chef packed us breakfast early in the morning because we were leaving in the wee hours

Good location on SF Road, Siliguri . Breakfast is nice and palatable. Rooms are neatly cleaned and room service is also good .

Facilities and service just about ok at that cost. What's a downer is the mannerless, rude and poorly behaved front desk staff. This needs an immediate change if the property aspires to reach greater. Moreover there was construction work going on for all the three days of my stay and the hammer and drilling noise made it an uncomfortable stay. Avoid this hotel

The room are spacious and clean and hygienic

Room was not that clean, bedsheet was full of hairs, side table was full of dust. I am allergic to dust and due to that i had to sneeze entire night. There was also some kind of foul smell in the room. Cleanliness and hygiene is the major part of hotel stay and this was not fulfilled

We have reached the hotel a little late as we were coming from gangtok. Our room was ready. Cleanliness is to be improved little more, especially the bed cover, towel, pillow etc.

Just satisfactory, rooms we're not much spacious, washrooms were also were just medium size, poor facility in rooms.
