Excellent sta
Stay was excellent. The staff is courteous. I was amazed with their swimming pool and other amenities like badminton,Gym etc. I will definitely come back again.

Poor Stay
service was terrible .they don’t allow to use pool the property owner was not polite .they make their own rule

Hi, We do not allow drunk guests to use the pool. We also dont allow swimming beyond our swimming hours

Average Stay
soloHotels location is ok although it's on a bye pass road but not so difficult to reach. Key issue is that it is not a hotel actually, it is a club where they do not have proper restaurant/kitchen and therefore have selected range which they mostly procure from outside. Renovation work is going on because of which the entire day has noise pollution. The hotel has a gym facility, overall it is an average hotel to stay.

Thanks for your review and sorry to know about your experience here. Our pool renovation work is going on and it is for betterment of our services. Sorry to know about the noise disturbance. It could be averted, if known earlier by changing room and floor. Our 'Veg and Vegan Cafe & Restaurant' offers only veg and vegan dishes. In case of customer's preference for non-veg dishes, we get those from outside. It's indeed, not just a hotel, which is obvious from the name, Siliguri Club. In addition to complimentary breakfast, customers can avail summer swimming, badminton and gym facilities. We have an indoor pool with diving boards, indoor badminton court, well equipped gym and spa facilities (Sauna, Steam bath, Jacuzzi- on payment only) for our customers. Hope we can serve our customers better in future and avoid such experiences.

Hi Our location is clearly marked on the app and Google maps. Swimming, gym, badminton, complementary breakfast and even spa services(with extra charge) are included in the stay. Since you checked in after midnight and checked out before 6am, you did not avail any of our amenities.
