Ok... Location is good AC Speed is very low Towel torn and Smelling Does not felt like AC room

I recently had the pleasure of staying at kundu hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could! 👍🏼💫

The hotel manager is bad and rude. He considers himself someone who is who. Delays in response.

Very close to the airport on a budget. The staff were helpful, friendly and the food was absolutely gorgeous.

It's near to airport with basic amenities, market around and good bengali food downstairs, value for money

This is 2nd time i visited this year the hotel n my experience is great everything from room to room service n staff is awesome i prefer the kund hotel for budget friendly for air traveler from bagdogra.

Totally non cooperative management. Unhygienic rooms. Not recommended to anyone in future. The washrooms are also not clean.

Location was near to airport. But quality of services was very bad. Hand spray was leaking and when we complaints they said we will stop it's main supply. Rooms were smelly. Lock of main door was broken. We asked for another room they said this is the only room we have

The people were nice and helpful and the adjacent restaurant is really good for foods at reasonable price. But the room and bathroom could be more hygienic and clean. So in this price i hoped for better rooms.

The hotel rooms are in bad shape, they neither have an intercom facility, nor a working geyser, nor a balcony, beds are in bad condition. Also they are offering the same room at 1200 while i have paid more than 2000. Complete fraud

Third grade accommodation at high price stinking room dirty towel no cleanliness at all stinking and most uncomfortable bed.

Not a class, in 2600 rupees there could be better options. The rooms are dirty very cheap. Ac cooling is less. Smelly blanket. Power cut many times, its on road so noice os high

Very bad hotel. Room is very small also bathroom. Main door lock is damaged. Room boy service is not work properly

Expensive for what you get. Prepaid for deluxe, but then it doesn't exist/available it's gross uncleaned for years, no work desk, wifi often not functional Service will ring a VERY loud doorbell at 8 am and 10 am constantly, just to say checkout is at 11. OMG 😱 it is so jarring and upsetting your call will be heavily distributed.

It was the worst stay of my life. No security in the hotel, windows broken, door locks were not working, ac was not working. I booked it because it was near the airport but i regret it now, i could have travel-led in the morning.
