Review Of Hotel Baljees Regency

The property is old but maintained well in such location. Our stay was average as it was peak season. The biggest disappointment was wifi wasn't working throughout our entire stay and mobile network was not proper in the rooms.

The services and staff were good, however the room and washrooms were not satisfactory. We have booked 2 luxury rooms thinking that it would be good but it was like a simple room with no luxury amenities.

Rooms were not clean. There were cockroaches found in the room. They need a lot of improvement. Location was approx 2km walking distance to the Mall Road

The room is overpriced and there are no indoor activities in the hotel as mentioned in the description while we book the hotel. Only the customer service provided by the hotel staff is good.

Not worth of money they charge. Rooms not maintained, and bathrooms are not clean. Blanket was torn. Averqge hotel

Property location is nice, near to Mall Road with walking distance of 5-10 mins. The service and food was also great.

I had a wonder-full experience during my stay in this Hotel, staff was very supportive, room was clean and big enough as required for family and food quality was also very good. I highly recommend this hotel with 5 star for stay in Shimla.

Hotel ok hai room ko or upgrade krena chaiye mall road dikhata hai but mall road se piche hai

Services are not good at all. Rooms are to congested according to price. All the things which are basic in room. Is demanded on call. Like towel etc

Hotel was good but cleaness was not up to mark

Location is easily accessible through google map but hotel far away from mall road and in my stay breakfast is included but there is 2 options in breakfast “puri sabji and idle sambhar” no more options.

I faced a lot of difficulty finding the location, and the cleanliness of the room was not good. The bed linen in the room had stains, including stains, etc. The washroom was very dirty, and they were charging for everything. Whatever i request, like water, coffee animity, or even use of the washroom animity, they charged for it.

The room was clean and comfortable, but it lacked any real wow factor. The bed was firm, the pillows were okay, and the bathroom was functional. It felt like a standard, no-frills hotel room. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not overly enthusiastic. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location was convenient for my needs.
