Location, view from 5th floor since we had club room booked and good were excellent. However, wifi unlike promised was not there which hampered our work. One employee addressing our wifi concern after numerous complaints was extremely rude

Property is good. But to reach propery you have to drive on a very narrow road which is used by both upward and downward vehicle which becomes difficult to reach by. Also propert owner makes excuse that he dont have loose money while billing out and kept some money with himself and didn’t even bother up

Good hotel with not a good view.
Hotel staff and the facilities were good but the view was weird. They had given us a room with no view and specially the hotel is too far from the shimla. It is too far. I strongly recommend you to book a hotel in the main shimla and specially if a person book a room in the outskirts of shimla then at-least he she wants a good view but there was no view from window.

Before booking this property we checked the previous reviews of the guests and most of them mentioned that the roads are narrow and the hotel is located at not so good location, however as per our experience the roads were not that narrow and they are normal as per the mountains! also, property is located at a peaceful place out of all the city hustle. Food quality is top notch and staff is very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend )

Excellent place to live and enjoy vacation.
Very beautiful hotel and room with excellent service and hospitality, i really enjoyed my stay with hotel thier staff and i will recommend others as well to stay at this place but one pain point is that this hotel is to far from shimal mall road for which i have to book a cab from outside and that was so costly. Hotel should provide a cab facility to thier in house guest with nominal charge not to expensive.

Nice hotel
Beautiful hotel at a nice location 20 mins by cab away from mall road. The property is very clean and the hospitality is top notch. The view from the balcony is great. However the size of the balcony could have been a little big. Food is expensive with 18% gst but worth the price with respect to the quality and portion. Overall it's a very comfortable stay. We totally recommend it.
