Overall good and safe place to stay in Shimla. Great hotel to stay in Shimla. Exellent staffs and Good Service.

Beautiful location and a great hotel to stay for 1or 2 days . Food is very delicious and service is too good

It was all good, we have stayed there for 3 nights / 4 days, and everything went well, they have nice food, great staff, but the most important thing is hotel is in quiet location and hence no traffic sound etc, it's 7 kms / 30 minutes drive from Mall road, 15 minutes from Kufri and 20 minutes from Mashobra, that's make this hotels strategically location

1. The reception sofas are torn. 2. The curtains in the rooms are torn. 3. The electric kettle is broken. 4. The shower tap was jammed and required real effort to turn. Could not get hot water. 5. The walls of one of the rooms I stayed in was damaged and not repaired well. Had dirty visible repair marks. 6. Was it not for the location I would have given it a 'Terrible' rating. 7. I hope my feedback has a positive impact and compels Hotel Lotus Grand AKM Kalka, to do the needful. 1. I ordered food on the first night which was not good. 2. The lawn and the surrounding area of the cottage I had booked was littered with garbage.The lawn had not been maintained for a long time. 3. It is much colder in the cottages than the other hotel rooms at hotel woodrina. Heaters should hence be inclusive of the booking price. 4. Television was not functioning properly. Frequent connection loss. As per staff it was due to the weather.

The hospitality was very good and they were helpful and very polite in nature, food and everything was good the only problem we faced was the heaters. Heaters were terrible it was of no use. It's just a show of heaters we never felt warm. The only thing they need to change is the heater. Otherwise it was awesome. We reached there at 1 clock night. Staff without any problem came there helped us put our luggage in place

It was a nice stay. Location is little far from mall road, but its in a pleasant place on a hill surrounded by trees. Peoples at reception were very helpful. Overall nice stay.

It was an awesome experience to stay in this hotel, it is well metained, hotel staff is helpful and very punctual about the service especially from restaurant mr. Pritam he was very polite and helpful with us. Even he helped us to find local cab there to explore the places food was also very good and tasty room cleaning was too good from reception mr. Pankaj helped us very much once we reached there it was very cold whether there instantly he arranged a room heater for us overall i will say it was a very good experience i will suggest you must have to stay in this property if you are going to visit shimla. View from the room was very nice it was full of the nature

The perfect place for those who prefer staying close to nature and away from the crowded place. The property is surrounded by thick forest and in hill top with a commanding view of the forest on one side and city and valley view on another side. Nice cosy rooms yet small in size but perfect for two people staying with mouthwatering food and humble staff.

The property is the best choice for those people who intend to stay close to nature and away from the crowded places. This place is on shimla kufri road surrounded by thick deodar forest and on one side beautiful view of these forest and on other side. City view. Food is awesome with humble staff. Rooms however are smaller in size but good to go for two people. I stayed in deluxe room may be other rooms might be bigger. Would love to come again
