I have 11 years of association with Elysium garden resort. My brother introduced Elysium to me in 2014. I liked the stay and food also. Pleasant stay in affordable price.

Bad experience in munnar
The services provided are not on par with expectations The staff didn't fix the problem with the TV Not bothered to inform me that they weren't able to fix it

location and exterior are great! Rooms are average.
Hotel exterior was beautiful, rooms are average. Breakfast was good. Location and exterior are great! Rooms are not as well maintained as expected though. Staff was fairly polite and also helped arrange taxi for sightseeing. They also switched rooms next day after I raised concern on previously received accommodation. Not a bad experience per se, but wish it was better and correct room as shown while booking was allotted the first time.

Property location was awesome, Breakfast served was nice, Staff was very friendly & helpful. Late night they arranged Auto for Hospital emergency.

Average experience
This property is approximately 1.5km from the Munnar town. Room that I had booked is executive with balcony. But we were provided a smaller room with no balcony. Next, the bathroom roof was profusely leaking in the evening till the hot water rationing (6-10AM & 6-10PM). After soft protest room was changed but the bathroom was stinking, but hotel staff was stubborn and did not offer another clean room either. Breakfast was South Indian menu(limited items) and tasted average. Restaurant food is over priced and not the worth of money for average taste. Wait time in the restaurant can be one hr if more guests were present. Our overall experience was average and definitely I won't recommend this hotel.

not a 4 star,nothing great
the hotel is NOT 4 star we were assigned rooms in a nearby block.no blackout curtains in the rooms. Road noise and a generator noise, not able to sleep peacefully. There is a Dj playing on the opposite property late into the night. Breakfast menu is mediocre. the only plus is that Manager/staffs were helpful.

Actually I am not satisfied with the service of the hotel, the executive room is just a name and the balcony view is not available directly. The balcony is also a hotel side wall seen only. No welcome drink provided they said sir you check in late that why welcome drink is not available. Hotel hot water is not available after 21 o clock and before 6 o clock. rooms are smal
Rooms are very small. we stayed in room no 206. food is good but it is very costly. bathrooms are not dry. staffs are kind. balcony is not spacious

Good Stay
Hi, Our stay at Elysium Garden resort was very comfortable . I booked an executive room for my family for 2 nights. Room was having 3 windows viewing mountain, garden and city. View from balcony was awesome. Breakfast had variety of North, South and English food varities . Staff was gentle and nicely dressed . Overall very good experience.

Drainage Smell and very Small room
The room is very small and drainage bad smell is there when we open the window.Hot water available from 6 am to 10 pm, because of boiler complaint. Very narrow corridor.

Terrible Stay
We did not stay at the property, the photos not matching with the property. The room is very dirty. Screens are full of stain. We checked out immediately and lost my money. They did not refund my money. And just to let you know I am going to consumer court.

Thank you for choosing Elysium Garden for your valuable stay. After all the inspection by our House Keeping department, We gave him the best room as he booked. Since the guest step in to the hotel itself, he was very arrogant and threatening the staff as saying his father is a politician. We are so proud to say that, Elysium Gardens never compromise in service and cleanliness. Also no complaint received yet in connection with cleanliness and service. This may be one of the reason attract the crowd here. In spite all the paining word showering by the customer on us, we consider him as our valuable guest and trying to provide him more better room and service. As it is known to the Guest, last minute cancellation is not possible.
Disappointing Experience: definitely not worth the price and ratings
Inconsistent rooms, poor food, noisy lift, no hot water after 10am, careless housekeeping, and money-minded staff. Not worth the stay or the price.
