excellent location right in front of Dal Lake, cooperative staff always ready to serve you, clean big room with comfortable bed and a good cooling airconditioner, neat clean modern toilet. Breakfast served in your room was tasty and satisfying . I will definitely visit this Hotel again on my next visit to Srinagar

Never book this type of property without Sean it... it’s nothing different between property and guest house. Its taken my 2 days money , Norse I stay there not even property refund partial money .

Location is good easily accessible.....though the road near the hotel needs to b improved ...food is tasty with varied items to choose from..the room which I stayed was not upto the mark....foul smell from the bathroom... the room is wood pannelled..u could hear the noise and the creaking sound from the ithe other rooms...the play time in the billiards room need to b extended

There were water problems, late supply of goods, staff not very cooperative on certain issues such as preparing bills, late cleaning of rooms.

Location of the Hotel is very good. If you take lake view room, you will get view of Dal lake. But approach to the lift of Hotel is shabby, lift is dirty and reception area is very small. There is no Restaurant in the Hotel. Room food service is available from their kitchen but rates are too high [ price of 1 litre mineral water is Rs.120.00]. If there is power failure, then you will have to request them to provide generator power supply else they will not run generator. Staffs are courteous.

I stayed there 3 days between 06. 04. 25 to 13. 04. 2025. Location of the hotel is good. One can see dal lake if he/she takes lake view room. But there is no restaurant in the hotel. Though there is provision for room service for food from their kitchen, choices are limited and prices are too high [ for example, price of 1 liter mineral water is rs. 120. 00. If there is power failure in the hotel room, you will have to request them for generator power supply. Staffs are courteous.

Totally worth the money spent in this hotel. Best hotel at the banks of famous dal lake. The rooms are too good, clean, spacious and have a great interior. The staff is very polite and provides prompt 24/7 service. Food is very delicious and many varieties are available. Mesmerizing views of dal lake from the rooms. I totally recommend this hotel. Thanks to for helping us with everything.

A very well designed and professionally maintained hotel with good location. Staff service is very slow and needs to be improved – we had to call multiple times and still wait for 2 hours just to get the housekeeping done.

The bathrooms were dirty and the bed sheet was not clean also the carpet in the corridor was very dirty full of dust

It was an overall good stay, The location was also good with a direct view of dal lake from the hotel window, Cleanliness was also up to the mark.

situated opposite gate 11 of dal lake, gives an excellent view of the lake. rooms are good heating facility. first floor has four restaurants which open from 10,30 to 11pm. the staff is helpful and courteous. we enjoyed our overall stay. good for family and honey mooners.. the room with a view👆🏿
