It is very difficult to locate the place.. Room heater was not provided. This is a homestay with only one caretaker.Costly for alone but good for a group to stay here

It was a good stay. The caretaker was the best part of this property.

Stayed for 3 days. Spacious room. Tasty and homely food. Nice place for large family to stat and enjoy.

This is a fantastic property. The location is very good, close to dal lake and surrounded by the pirpanjal range of the himalayas. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The host as well as the manager cum cook are very cooperative. I was traveling with 6 other family members and the spice-jet flight got cancel-led after multiple schedule changes. I was mid of the crisis and called the owner to accommodate us. He promptly promised me to accommodate us. I am overwhelmed with his kind gesture. Food is also very good and price is affordable. The only cons of the property, not specific to this but most of srinagar, you have to have your own transportation facility either hired/own car for movement to and from the property. We enjoyed staying in the property and will highly recommend others to opt for this.

The place is clean and spacious. The host as well as the caretaker were friendly and very helpful to us. We had breakfast which was good. If we come back to srinagar, this is where we will stay again.
