Feels like home. Neat and clean rooms and bathroom. Food is home cooked and amazing. Very nice hospitality.

Its decent hotel for a night stay. Its on the way towards leh away from city traffic. They have home meal which is excellent.

The rooms were spacious but lack of dressing mirror. So far as food is concerned, the quantity was not upto the mark. If you want to repeat your order during the process of having it, they simply say we don't have it. It's really not good. Resort location is not bad

Food is not good and alcohol is not allowed in room and no room service provided in hotel.

The stay was good, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Food quality was okay. We enjoyed our stay here.

This property was very homely, well maintained, neat and tidy and safe stay. But there should be a laundry. Option. Staff was too co-operative and there should be some provision for drivers.

Before reaching the hotel's location we were late due to delayed train and heavy traffic and we had already informed the caretaker that we will be late and will arrive next day but instead of accommodating us he was very rude about our late arrival and refused to let us check in giving us a lot of excuses even though we had already paid and just wanted to rest a bit and freshen up at the end after a lot of argument he reluctantly agreed and told us to vacant the rooms before 10 even though at most places the check out time is 11:30. Overall i would never recommend or visit a place like that again.

It's a good budget place to stay. If you need a place to stay while passing through, this is a great choice. The rooms and bathroom were clean, but they could offer more amenities and services. If you're staying in srinagar for a night to visit nearby spots like sonmarg, gulmarg, or pahalgam, it's perfect for you. Just don't expect too much.

We came as a family of four. The rooms were clean. The neighborhood is nice. Food was expensive but of good quality

Location of the property is too far from dal gate. So if one is interested to stay near dal lake gate and enjoy night walk and shopping near the market we should not go with this property

Homely environment. Good food. Room size is small. But overall a good experience as a homestay. Whole family is ready to serve you. Cost effective.

Except room heater everything is good. Rooms are clean, hot water available anytime as water heater is there. Room heater should be made available

Excellent stay at a reasonable rate. The owner and staff were very friendly and the main highlight of the stay is the hospitality. He prepared special food for my small kid and came along with me for servicing my car. Room and washroom were clean. Also tasty home made food is available

Hotel was nice, person there was very courteous. However kitchen menu needs to be increased and one service boy/attendant should be there on round the clock basis.

Habak resorts is a nice place stay in srinagar with close proximity to dal lake. Resorts has basic amenities to stay and has good restaurant. Best part is food served with freshly made. Owner and team was very friendly, guiding and providing all the guidance with building confidence. Hospitality is beyond words. Owner also arranged airport pickup/drop with cab for site seeing in and around. Cab arranged was clean and cab/driver was more guide, ensuring places are covered with perfect timings. I would strongly recommend people to utilise the property with teams experience.
