Poor Stay
The hotel is newly built, but the main issue is cleanliness. The bed was not properly cleaned, though the staff changed it immediately after I complained. I called for water around 9 PM, but no one answered the call, and the next morning I was told that no one is available at the reception after 9 PM. The bathroom knobs also didn’t work properly. Most importantly, the breakfast was the poorest I’ve ever had at any hotel.

Terrible Stay
No electricity for the entire night .Generator was there but they never switched it on. Woke up in the morning to find mobiles and laptops totally drained of charges. In breakfast they offered Puri and Chole, ended up in giving puri and Aloo. No extra bed provided even though we were charged for.

Average Stay
The amenities and services were top notch. The location went little down. And the hotel provides only vegetarian foods so not recommended for non veg lovers. Otherwise had a nice stay

A gem of a place!
Pelling was incredible, offering an uninterrupted, up-close view of Kanchenjunga right from our room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all amenities well-maintained. What truly stood out was the delicious vegetarian food—every meal was simple yet packed with flavor. The service was prompt and very warm, making us feel well taken care of throughout. And considering the comfort and view, the stay was very reasonably priced too. If you’re visiting Pelling, this place is a gem for both peace seekers and mountain lovers.

Perfect and best experience
The property is quite good and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful and takes care of all your needs. The rooms are spacious and mountain view to Kanchenjunga is serene. Highly recommend this for the perfect stay.

Review for Divine The Celeste, Pelling
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was nice, although it was only visible through glass and not from a balcony as shown during booking, which was disappointing. However, the service was poor. We had to wait until 9 PM to receive towels even though we checked in at 3 PM. This kind of delay is unacceptable. The food was extremely overpriced and didn’t meet our expectations in terms of quality. Also, parking for bikers felt risky and not well arranged, which could be a concern for travelers coming by bike. Overall, the room itself is decent and might justify the price, but the service and food quality need serious improvement. Would not recommend for those expecting good hospitality and value for money.

great view with great staffs. But restaurant is not yet functioning
the hotel rooms are great. this is newly opened just 3months ago. they are very short staffed. but the staffs are great. they are polite, warm and very welcoming. though the staffs are good, the management is not that great. they are sharing a full course menu book with guests but upon ordering we got to know that their restaurant is not fully functional yet. they still run on set menu and no snacks can be ordered after 6pm SHARP. ITS A PURE VEG RESTAURANT even though the menu they shared with us had non-veg options.
