Good food, nice hospitality by Mistry, who even arranged medicines while I was sick. Prompt housekeeping service, clean and comfortable room. Good service by Hotel Staff as they brought me medicines while I was sick. Food was okay, could have been a little hot. The room size is very small and feels like a prison cell, but it was okay for me as a solo traveller.

this is an average hotel. very old property, not worth for the money they charged. only advantage is location, as it is near to Sky walk point.

The room was good with a view. However, The owners of the Hotel does not have minimum decency to allot lower Floor rooms for my parent who are more than 65 years of age. I spite of the first 2 floors being empty, they alloted my parents rooms at 3rd floor. Hotel Garuda is much better along with their behaviour as well. Don't book this Hotel until absolutely necessary specially for old couples!!!

I want return my money please. I am not staying this hotel. Please refund my money. 2

It was a good experience nothing extraordinary staff was good and supportive but unexpected better rooms for this price. Pelling as a location is that worth it it's better to visit some other than pelling

Best location, staff behaviour is very good, manager is polite and gentleman. But rooms are old, need maintenance. Overall i give 8/10 for this hotels.

Room & hotel both were clean and comfortable, safe and marvelous. From the terrace of room mount kanchenjungha was clearly seen. Owner was courteous and ready to provide all necessary comforts to tourists.

Owned by a bengalee, the hotel has a bengalee flavour around it. Situated in close proximity to the bus stand the hotel offers a good view of the kanchenjunga, if one books a room at the back side. The only problem is you won't have separate balcony. Food at the restaurant is good and the rate is at par with other bengalee restaurants around. Had a good experience, staff are good. The hotel building is old enough but we'll maintained.

Pro: location was good. Upper pelling cons: no private balcony, uncomfortable bed, tv not working.

Location of property is prime hotel room are ok i have paid 2880/night, bit expensive

There was water problem. The next day when i woke up i saw that there's not even a single drop of water. I have faced this issue in 2 days continuously other than this everything wasgood

Pachu residency is in very good location, at upper pelling, u can see kachenjunga clearly, and staff are very cooperative and helpful, good food. Nice experience.

It was a nice stay. Location wise it's a marvelous place. View of Kanchenjunga is excellent. Foods were also very good. Behaviour of all the staff is very kind, generous. I strongly recommend to stay here.

If there is a power cut hot water is not available. Rooms are ok

I stayed for 2 days. Other than food and staff, the room was not up to the mark.

Great food (simple and tasty homely food). Loved the bread omelette, Puri Bhaji, Allu paratha. Would like to specially mention the tasty Bengali style Dal Khicidi. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms (deluxe). Hotel looks old hence has a rustic look all over. Rooms and toilets could be better maintained and upgraded for a more polished look and feel. Hotel rooms do have a view of Valley and the staff mentioned that when the weather is good, Kanchenjunga peak is visible. Though during our stay, the Valley was foggy all the time and we weren't lucky to See Kanchenjunga.

Excellent position in town, food was great and freshly cooked, service was prompt and manager and staff are always helping travelers.
