Hotel Pachu Residency

Great food (simple and tasty homely food). Loved the bread omelette, Puri Bhaji, Allu paratha. Would like to specially mention the tasty Bengali style Dal Khicidi. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms (deluxe). Hotel looks old hence has a rustic look all over. Rooms and toilets could be better maintained and upgraded for a more polished look and feel. Hotel rooms do have a view of Valley and the staff mentioned that when the weather is good, Kanchenjunga peak is visible. Though during our stay, the Valley was foggy all the time and we weren't lucky to See Kanchenjunga.

Owned by a bengalee, the Hotel Pachu Residency has a bengalee flavour around it. Situated in close proximity to the bus stand the Hotel Pachu Residency offers a good view of the kanchenjunga, if one books a room at the back side. The only problem is you won't have separate balcony. Food at the restaurant is good and the rate is at par with other bengalee restaurants around. Had a good experience, staff are good. The Hotel Pachu Residency building is old enough but we'll maintained.

Good food, nice hospitality by Mistry, who even arranged medicines while I was sick. Prompt housekeeping service, clean and comfortable room. Good service by Hotel Staff as they brought me medicines while I was sick. Food was okay, could have been a little hot. The room size is very small and feels like a prison cell, but it was okay for me as a solo traveller.

Excellent position in town, food was great and freshly cooked, service was prompt and manager and staff are always helping travelers.

Location of property is prime Hotel Pachu Residency room are ok i have paid 2880/night, bit expensive

Best location, staff behaviour is very good, manager is polite and gentleman. But rooms are old, need maintenance. Overall i give 8/10 for this Hotel Pachu Residencys.

Room & Hotel Pachu Residency both were clean and comfortable, safe and marvelous. From the terrace of room mount kanchenjungha was clearly seen. Owner was courteous and ready to provide all necessary comforts to tourists.

It was a nice stay. Location wise it's a marvelous place. View of Kanchenjunga is excellent. Foods were also very good. Behaviour of all the staff is very kind, generous. I strongly recommend to stay here.

It's good Hotel, even though old bldg, maintained Well within low budget

There was water problem. The next day when i woke up i saw that there's not even a single drop of water. I have faced this issue in 2 days continuously other than this everything wasgood
