Excellent Stay
Hotel was good Food was also awesome but location was very poor and lift facilities was not there. Staff was very nice, cooperative and supportive

Very less furnished, lots of space for improvement, pure veg restaurant

Average stay. Needs improvement
familyThe hotel needs a lot of improvement. There is no lift facility, there is neither fan nor ac in the room. There is very less space in the room. The food is average but the restaurant location is very beautiful.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Terrible Stay
coupleA very bad hotel experience! a hurriedly built new hotel with cheap quality materials. Very soft low beds where you will sink inside! a bathroom that does not even have a shower curtain hotel with 4 floors but no lift power cut in the night but generator not switched on. Front office staff sleeping on sofa! very bad experience! on top of this they want to charge 300 rupees for a room warmer!

No refund even for a genuine reason
We booked two rooms well in advance at the hotel and we could not reach the hotel because of the landslide at the local area but the hotelier refused to understand the reason and did not provide any refund. We even asked for an alternative route to reach the hotel but the administration did not consider this as a valid reason when the cancellations are allowed if there is a genuine reason. I don’t know what reason could be more genuine than that. We had to change our destination one night prior the scheduled booking. We were not dealt nicely by the hotelier. Even the mm t guys requested them to consider as it was a genuine reason but the hotel staff did not listen. It was a very disappointing call.
