Food amenities serviced were not upto the mark. I think its a relatively new hotel, teenage boys and girls were handling it and no security guard nothing, at night no gate lock. Teenage boys who were care-taking were simply sleeping on the sofa at night time. At early morning when i went for walk, they were still slept, food was very average and very limited options to eat, toiletries were improper and weird quality, we chose kanchenjunga luxury with balcony thinking of some luxury, but it was a normal room. No big. Very normal. No doors in almirah, i gave ok rating just because of the view i wanted to see, i got there. Thats it

As far as we go with the situation you have overcome, please find our synopsis of the experience:
We do not lock the door as because our hotel have the facility of late check in and is open for anyone and anytime. Also the boys in the reception looks after the reception , emergencies , and the safety during nights for which they rest in the sofas as our hotel has no 24 hours service facilities . In regards to the limited food you mentioned we would like to let you know that only breakfast was complimentary . Breakfast was serve to you accordingly. We also provided all the toiletries we mentioned. You mentioned that almirah provided to you was without a door but it is designed without door only. So its not broken or without door. Its a design.
