    Property is maintained by young n untrained staff so there is no professionalism. Food is fresh, hygiene not maintained at the property. There is open smoking in the premises therefore we got irritated during our stay due to other guest having lots of smoke at the premises. On our second day they did not refilled our toiletries and tea- coffee items .

    My stay was wonderful. The rooms are spacious, offering stunning views, including a sight of kanchenjunga from the room or balcony when the weather permits. Special thanks to rodha, the receptionist, for attentively accommodating all our needs. The staff was consistently polite and helpful throughout the stay.

    Food amenities serviced were not upto the mark. I think its a relatively new hotel, teenage boys and girls were handling it and no security guard nothing, at night no gate lock. Teenage boys who were care-taking were simply sleeping on the sofa at night time. At early morning when i went for walk, they were still slept, food was very average and very limited options to eat, toiletries were improper and weird quality, we chose kanchenjunga luxury with balcony thinking of some luxury, but it was a normal room. No big. Very normal. No doors in almirah, i gave ok rating just because of the view i wanted to see, i got there. Thats it

As far as we go with the situation you have overcome, please find our synopsis of the experience: We do not lock the door as because our hotel have the facility of late check in and is open for anyone and anytime. Also the boys in the reception looks after the reception , emergencies , and the safety during nights for which they rest in the sofas as our hotel has no 24 hours service facilities . In regards to the limited food you mentioned we would like to let you know that only breakfast was complimentary . Breakfast was serve to you accordingly. We also provided all the toiletries we mentioned. You mentioned that almirah provided to you was without a door but it is designed without door only. So its not broken or without door. Its a design. Thank you.

    The room was extremely dirty and it smelled like a train toilet. There is no ventilation in the room. The towels were torn and dirty. The pillow had mold and fungus. The dining hall was extremely dirty too. Breakfast was bad with no real options. I booked the hotel for two nights but checked out after one night because the room was absolutely uninhabitable. Even though the view from the room is great but you can get that view from anywhere in Pelling.

    Breakfast is bad and mininal options for veg (not even serials were provided. Staffs were not responding and didn't even give us a towel even after 2 phone calls. Not worth the money.

    Location was great. But the service was terrible. Though our food was included but there was no options. In the morning there was no buffet. They just served one dish which is not worth the money what we paid

    Excellent location and service. It offers awsome mountain view. However as it was cloudy, we could not locate kanchanjungha. Room and toilet were properly cleaned. This seems to be a new property and located at a place from where you can have a nice view of nature. Overall it was a nice experience here. However many items in the breakfast/dinner menu were not available and this thing may be improved.

    The stay was okay not 3 star worthy hotel. The food was not at all upto the mark being managed by immature d chef. The complimentary breakfast was not served on time, we had to ask them every time for breakfast. There were spiders in our room. The room was not clean enough. Although it is said that in the hotel there is 24 hrs room service available but it is not true. Only positive thing about the hotel is the view from the room.

    Nice new hotel. Location is just end of the pelling city. Going to main city is difficult, as cab is difficult to find. But view is excellent from the room. Restaurant is veg/non veg, also they require advance order, so not tried. But being vegetarian, udaan pine crest hotel is just next to this hotel which provide excellent pure veg food. For room heater, they have charged 350/night which is bit weird for hill station. Room and bathroom were new and clean.

    Exelent location, neat and clean rooms, polite, helpful and supportive staffs. Only drawback is that the hotel do not serve lunch as may be the restaurant staffs are not available during lunch hours.
