Family Transit 2 Hotel

Family transit 2 hotel good civil work going on, lift providing work going.. It's ok, breakfast to be served Promptly 7 am not only daily bread roll to be changed daily , I spent 6 days

The hotel is run by a family. Owners and staff are very friendly. Also, they gave us lots of information to help us visit vietnam without any struggle. Also they provided cab services to the city which was economical than grab. Overall, it is very good to stay

Manager's behaviour is not good bad behave service is too low bed sheets are not cleaned room is neat and clean

Rooms are spacious and clean. Host prepare vegetarian noodles for us and it was very good in taste. They also offer airport pickup and drop service.

Pros: the room was very spacious. Relatively closer to the airport. The owners are very generous. Cons: no lift and you need to climb the stairs no one would help you with your luggage. The night shift staff is rude. Taxis would either not like to go to this area as it's nearby only (but not a walking distance) or would charge you heavily for this. City is far from here so don't plan to stay here if you want to explore hanoi.

The hotel was very nice. The staff here is very nice, i stayed here for 4 days in which hotel, the staff here is very friendly, whenever i want to come to vietnam in the future, i will stay here

The atmosphere there and all the people there were very nice. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. And the water and bathroom and air facilities were very good even in the small rooms. We will book this hotel next time whenever we go there.

If you need a hotel near the airport, then this is the perfect fit. Value for money.
