exrellent stay but air conditioner wasn’t working well

The stay was great but the air conditioner wasn’t working on our room and we complained but they checked and they weren’t able to help, may be they could have atleast offered a different room.
Good stay with spacious rooms

Good location, need to take a drive from station or airport. Breakfast spread could be better, it is understaffed during morning hours at breakfast counter, and attitude seems to be less enthusiastic. The swimming pool is really good with steam and sauna. Would be good if bathrooms have more readyiky available hot water, in the 20x room there is a leak from the room and the engineer said it’s because of above floor, need to be fixed please. Overall good stay!
