My wife and I stayed at this Kensington Park Hotel during a recent medical conference in San Francisco, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The room was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a bathtub, iron and hangers, a room warmer, a charming old-fashioned ceiling fan, and even a small fridge. We especially appreciated the free housekeeping service, which kept everything tidy throughout our stay. The staff, including the manager, were extremely courteous and accommodating. Since we arrived before the standard check-in time, we were informed about an early check-in fee of $50. However, the manager kindly gave us a 50% discount, which we really appreciated. At the end of our stay, the $100 security deposit was refunded without any issues. A nice touch was the complimentary morning coffee and biscuits, which we enjoyed before heading out each day. If there's room for improvement, slightly brighter lighting and higher voltage outlets would enhance the experience—especially for guests who wish to cook during their stay.

The location was near Moscone convention centre. The behavior of the staff was very nice. we used to get morning coffee and biscuits everyday. There is a theater inside it. Overall experience was very pleasant.
