Location and front desk experience was great. - Room alloted to us was right adjacent to a place- kind of truck parking. From 07.00 am to 07.30 am there was heavy noise in loading and unloading and they completely spoiled my sleep. Our main purpose of booking the Holiday Inn Express LONDON - STANSTED AIRPORT inside the airport was to have long sleep. - There was dust in the curtain and sofa.... Pillow cover had strains. We were too tired to make a complaint at the Holiday Inn Express LONDON - STANSTED AIRPORT or ready to change rooms. Holiday Inn brand didn't match the basic requirements ( I am associated from the same Industry from 1998)

The stay was amazing with some of the best hospitality by the staff. I was really impressed on how the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our 4 day trip. Clean rooms and smiling staff is what i will remember about moxy edinburgh!
