The location of the Ten Hill Place is very convenient to those who have work in the Royal College of Surgeons as it is just across the road. It is centrally located and is at walking distance from all the areas which are of interest to tourists, such as Festival Theater, Royal Mile, Waverley train station, Lothian Bus stops, food joints etc. The food and hospitality of the staff is excellent. The rooms are a bit small, but cozy!

Value for money at the centre of Edinburgh. Very Good location if you want to explore Edinburgh on foot. The breakfast was very sumptuous and had variety. We as a vegetarians enjoyed it. If we come again, will give first preference to Ten Hill Place Hotel.

Comfortable rooms, close to Waverly railway station and 15 mins walk to princess street !! Good buffet breakfast !! Many eating options closeby on the Nicholson street ... A very helping staff as well ... I had a good stay

The room service was not good. There was no toothpaste in the bathroom. When it was brought to their notice we were told that the guests have to ask it. Then in spite of informing them we were not provided with the same.
