the hotel stay was very comfortable the staff service is out standard and I can suggest for all type of guest specially for families staff such as Swapna nabuhaan sukanya pushpa archana sahal and mubashir rahim all are doing their best to satisfy and any concern we can happily inform to front office manager so he will do it to make comfortable I never saw such pleasant staff anywhere thank u marcopolo hotel

The room was immaculate, the bed was quite comfortable, and the staff made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a great stay. This hotel has a unique vibe, which is amazing. The hotel staff are accommodating. Saw a few cockroaches in the room (on the table and near the mini fridge). We were not informed that the pool was under renovation upon booking and only knew about it when we checked in. But they gave us transportation to go and swim in a nearby hotel.

this is my second time staying here and I have been very happy. especially the staff at reception. swapna has always greeted me each day with a smile. i had repeated fevers almost every evening due to the hear but they were kind enough to ask about my health too. housekeeping is also really good. especially Surya and another guy on 4th floor. i was just disappointed with breakfast. it was better last time. i paid for it but barely ate because it was pretty much the same every day with less variety.
