Mr. Sengir the owner was a wonderful person, jovial, soft spoken and knowing English. Our one day tour was taken care by him at a discounted rate, Location of hotel is walking distance to major attractions in the Sultanahmet area. Lots of eating places nearby on the main road. Close to hip hop bus station and tramway is next to it. Lot of money exchange shops. Room was good but cleaning is every two days. No lift. 5 floors for breakfast on the terrace from where one can view the sea. Walkable distance to the seashore.

The hotel location is good. Sea is near to this hotel 10min walk and have small reasturent for valuable lunch and dinner. Nearest metro station is Kumkapi and Benizyat is for city tour. Hotels breakfast menu is fair. Room service is not on regular basis, internet some times slow speed, bathroom door is not working, room is also small as compared to regular double rooms. As average hotel is good for solo traveler not for couples.

Couldn't stay bcs of poor and unhealthy conditions of hotel Rooms. No arrangement for bathroom toiletries and breakfast. Staff was not cooperative. Rooms were given in different floors and locations was not good
