Esans Hotel - Special Class

Property in main area but metro is bit far. As well booked normal room and size was very small. Not clear while booking the room

I had paid 89 euros for an average hotel for 1 night, hotel staffs has no interest to provide water bottle in the room. The breakfast is very basic and there is no possibility to extend more than 12:00 mid noon because they will keep insist to leave out. Makemytrip makes this stay remarkable.

I stayed here for 6 nights . What a prominent & centrally located place. Excellent helpful staff & services. Mr Çetin is a great man, made my whole trip so comfortable beyond my imagination. He planned my everyday tour & sightseeing. Mr Çetin always be there for your help & security. Thank you all members of Esans hotel for the love & affection you shown to us.

Myself and wife stayed in es-ans for 3 days 2 nights. Location is very convenient with all the major tourist spots are within walking distance. Staffs were cordial and very helpful. Breakfast was good

A huge shout out to the hospitality of the hotel staff. There is no elevator in the hotel and we had a big trolleys. The staff helped them to get to the third floor. Rooms a re pretty clean and tidy. They are decorated well but don't expect too much space. They are pretty much small in size but again with the locality, they are worth it. Avoid ground floor rooms they are the most cramped up the room and with no access to a window as they are in the basement. The breakfast is pretty good and the ladies are a bit chirpy. Again be kind and they will be nice to you. I loved almost every part of the hotel. Only one complaint there is one staff member when we enquired airport transfer to Sabiha Gokcen airport here suggested private shuttle and which is usually 10 euro but he mentioned 20 euro. There are boards everywhere for the rates. Also my suggestion to use Havaist (for new airport) and havabus (for old airport i.e. Sabiha Gokcen airport). Also, nothing to do with the hotel but the yellow taxi we took at 3 am from hotel staff help didn't turn on the meter, he asked 50 lire from hotel to Havabus stop in Taksim. It's usually 20-30 lira. I shouted and he took 30 lire then. Avoid such scammers and if possible request hotel staff to confirm rates before they let their guests into taxis.

The staff was friendly and spoke english hence communication was easy. I was there for just one night as I was travelling all alone on my business trip. It was safe. I will definitely want to go and spend my next trip in the same Hotel. I recommend this Hotel to everyone

There cannot be a better location to stay than this one. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. Cozy rooms. Highly recommended!

Location very good, but food they are not providing any food, when I asked them, so they told me to go other restaurant etc. Regarding service if Hotel will not provide food so why you are expecting about service.

Esans hotel is excellent in all respects, be it location, service or staff. It is excellent value for money hotel. The food served is also good and we even got a free upgrade. The manager - Chad was extremely helpful in suggesting the right places and restaurants.
