The staff was good and the location was very convenient with fascinating view from rooms. Really cooperative and friendly behavior

The hotel is located in the middle of the city in front of genclik park which is one of the largest garden of the city. 10mins walk and u’ll find multiple bakeries, cafés and restaurants. There is a mosque exactly in front of the hotel which makes it easier to locate the stay. Hotel is clean and staff is friends.

Well I am regular traveler and this hotel trip was the worst ever trip I booked for two days and yesterday I check in the hotel the first step when I was trying to check in the room lift stop working and I was stuck for 15 minutes and above in lift no way there to help me after long time approx 15 minutes someone came. To get me out second WiFi is not working playing with people terrible staff ever I have seen AC is not working rooms are too small and dirty breakfast. I been visited in 34 counties and more then 73 hotels but this one was worst ever I experienced specially the shit manager with his low profile attitude I been check out today left one day and one night payment because can’t able to handle that manager and hotel any more.

It was disgusting experience for my guest who stayed there from the start when he checked in he got stuck in the elevator no one was there to help him how irresponsible people who are not even bothered about their guest second terrible incident when one of his friends came to visit him the Hotel denied saying that only girls or prostitutes can come how pathetic is it what kind of Hotel is it or its a kind of business. Again my guest's friend came to the Hotel behaved very rudely my guest had to check out on before the checkout time I would strongly recommend people not to choose this Hotel and if anyone has also gone through something like this then please complain. This Hotel should be removed from all the booking apps not fit to offer service it would be really great if MakeMyTrip takes action on this Pathetic Hotel and pathetic people who aren't fit to offer service it should shut down will never ever recommend nor book this Hotel
