Review Of The Royal Palm Beach Front

Location is the main UPS of this hotel. There is no lift/elevator in this hotel. So be prepare your self for steps. No early check in allowed, need to wait till 2 pm for check in. Breakfast is nightmare for vegetarians. Rooms are good but there is no gallery in any room of this hotel. Swimming pool area is good.

The reception staff was quiet rude with her answers!

The hotel will provide you with facilities for what you pay but not more than that. You will not be awe struck with the facilities provided. Pros: 1) Situated on the Patong beach road and very close to night life. 2) 5 minutes walk to Bangla Road night life. 3) 10 minutes walk to Jungceylon and Central Malls. 4) Complementary breakfast was really good and satisfying. Cons: 1) Look and feel of the room was normal. 2) Services provided were very basic. 3) Not too many facilities in the hotel. 4) Wifi connection was slow and connectivity issues were also there.

Pros great location. Right on Patong Beach and 10 minutes walk to Bangla walking street. Major restaurants, pubs, in the surrounding areas. Cons: very rude and uncooperative staff. Front desk does not even understand proper English so communication is a problem. We had booked 2 rooms and requested for side by side rooms but the ones allotted to us was far from each other. On the day of check-out, nobody came to pick our luggage, and we even left a flight pillow in the reception which they did not even bother to inform us. Breakfast very bland and same everyday. Apart from suites, which are highly expensive, none of the rooms are sea facing or have a good view.

The hotel is just near the walking street, so there is a lot of noise around till midnight. The staff are pathetic and have bad attitude. They do not provide any facilities on time. The receptionist are really arrogant and rude. And the room service staff too. If you want to enjoy your trip please do not stay in this hotel.

They didn't have Indian food but could survive with fruits and bread that served for complementary breakfast

Good view with nice spacious rooms

The staff was very rude. The rudest staff we have ever seen. We booked room with breakfast for 2 adults and one child. When we reached hotel, we encountered most rude staff. The hotel guys said child breakfast is not included, and we have to pay for it every day. Horrible experience. Will advise not to book.

Excellent location, but no lifts in hotel. Not recommended for elderly people not anyone having knee problems. Rooms were decent size and hygiene. Pool is nothing but a baby pool. Overall good considering location but price is little high.

Patong Beach just a stone throw distance, Royal Palm Beach Front is a great location. Supplemented by warm hospitality, hygiene and cleanliness and sumptuous breakfast, it's a value for money

The room was pathetic wifi was not working. Many times insist them to change if they simply denied it. Breakfast was normal.

Proximity to the Patong beach, major attractions is great.

Amazing location right in front of Patong Beach. Very helpful staff and good breakfast options. Walking distance from Bangla Road makes it even better. Roof top restaurant is a good place to have couple of beers if you want to stay away from the busy Patong night life.

Average service, clean room with moderate amenities. Price is on higher side, adjacent properties are much more moderately priced.
