Location is perfect with good amenities

Hotel location is perfect right across the beach, just need to cross the beach road. Sea view from the lobby of the Baan Boa Resort which is a restaurant also. Nice Baan Boa Resort with very good and friendly staff, specially bank and Jo. Stayed there for 3 nights. Only thing not good is lot of rules and timing, no late check-out given even when the rooms were empty.

Good one staff very active. Service good. Nice view with ventillated rooms.
Rooms good with good views and balcony view of swimming pool. Staff really good as they respond instantly on small fixup required. Only drawback is that no lift but managable for a three storey building. Opposite Baan Boa Resort enjoy patong beach.

Room allocated for me is at 3rd floor but no left in the Baan Boa Resort. We have to use staircase.
