Staff at reception was totally idiot, no value for customer, poor behavior, food in breakfast was OK, room service was totally bulshit. No services provided, when ever call to reception the no. given, the lady at reception used to pick the call n say call at reception n for this she admitted also that she used to do this when I said that it was ur voice only. the personal was not smiling and friendly, the room was too noisy because our wall of the room was full of air conditioning from the outside from other rooms and it was too noisy all night, the smell was really bad from the toilet and i couldn’t stand to be in the toilet to even take a bath because of the bad bad bad smell, the all room was smelly bad and because of that i had a feeling everything was dirty. rooms and everything need renovation and the resort is not three stars. beds are too small, uncomfortable and hard. on the pool aria there was no shower. value for the money is very poor. it’s too expensive for what you get.. only good thing was the location of the resort. even breakfast was poor and the lady wich was doing my eggs spilled on the floor during preparing my egg wich is not hygienic at all, not considering nice and polite.

Shady room. No tea bags available not worth it. Very expensive. Small rooms. Not recommended for indians

It’s not so good not so bad, far from the pier and the pool is shared with the phi phi andaman resort !

The service was awesome. All the staff are very nice and helpful. The atmosphere and view is mind-blowing. Food is very nice. Swimming pool was very clean and clear. Housekeeping was very nice. In one word it was awesome and mind-blowing stay in you rip. Excellent atmosphere and service. The villa was awesome and we have nice comfortable stay. The pool was very much clean, clear and housekeeping was very good. Thanks briza for excellent experience.

Breakfast options very limited, average rooms overall below average. Location is good outside the hotel walking 15 mint from pier

The room is quite far from the pier, and also i would like to suggest that you don’t book the mountain view room coz it’s far from hotel lobby and very steep, overall good experience for the price.

We booked a superior room double room and there was nothing superior about it. The rooms were dark and poorly lit. The reception and housekeeping staff responded very late to our requests. Even the breakfast was bad, no vegetarian options except fruits. Very disappointed with this so called resort, try booking some other place, the dorms would be better than this place.

The property location is not good. It's on the hill side and a very steep slope. It's a hotel responsibility to drop you till the room, but they refuse. Also, they did not provide a drop to port. They refused by saying we have fixed timings for that, but they di not inform us. We had to carry luggage till the port. They have luggage cart but still did not help. They lady on the front desk is very rude and not at all helpful. Check and book this property. My recommendation is not to book. It's not worth even a rupee. Food is extremely poor. They have shared the pool, too.

Very old hotel, room are not good all things broken, no service changing more amount for basic rooms

A pleasant stay with a big infinity feels like a swimming pool, and a pool facing room gives you more pleasant

A very good location with clean rooms. But the mountain side rooms have a very steep climb and you should avoid booking those. Breakfast options for vegetarian are restricted to fruits, salads, and one other dish.

Property very nice, room is good but no small night light, breakfast was pathetic as most things are served less warm and tasteless

Cool property to stay with. Excellent view to sea. Pool design is very aesthetic. Clean water in pool.

Good hotel. It's 10-15 mins walk from pire. It shares campus with andaman resort. Make sure you are in good health because some of the rooms are on the small hill.

Rooms are not that great food did not try facilities are not up to the mark

Located on the beach n with easy access to restaurants and shops. The beach is also good and clean. Pool was good
