The staff is extremely impolite and arrogant.. For every minor thing they just calculate something and pointed at an amount.. We were 5 minutes late to check out and they charged us 50 baht. Very bad experience.

Worst hotel and poor services

coupleI booked this hotel for 2 nights 27th to 29th may 2024. I booked sew view room. Room was so small. There is no smoking zone in the entire floor. Major issue was there swimming pool was under renovation and we cannot use this up till 31st may 2024. Hotel receptionist also refused to refund. My amount wasted in this hotel. At last i booked another hotel.
