Guests appreciate the prime location of the property, just a minute away from the beach, and the vibrant nightlife nearby. Many enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and the fun fire shows at night. However, the place has some issues like noise, cleanliness, and outdated facilities. While there are two pools, guests noted the water's condition and the overall need for maintenance.

coupleRooms didn't have a bathtub as promised by MMT, so I had to upgrade to better room. Facilities are all good but staff behaviour is poor. They don't listen to guest. No help with luggage provided even after request. Whenever asked for a thing staffs first answer was, No. They need to be courteous and friendly. They provide breakfast couple which can be used at their restaurant, bar, spa, souvenir shop. We skipped breakfast as there was hardly anything veg except fruits. Rest all was non veg or they use fish oil. So coupon was utilised in massages. One man at reception is very arrogant. He deliberately tried to lure extra money for upgrading room. He told his staff not to help with luggage during change of room. If you ignore the non helpful staff, this place can be a gem for anybody.
